Terms & Conditions
Air Technology Australia Pty Ltd can accept payment only through our eWAY Secure Gateway which enables use of popular Credit and Charge Cards including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. You can also use Direct Bank Transfer  for your purchasing convenience

Orders

Deliveries are packed for shipment usually within 1 working day from receipt of your order (except for Made to Order [MTO] goods) and delivered within 7 to 10 days depending on your delivery address location. If a product is out of stock you will be notified by email of the expected delivery time. You may elect to wait for the goods or ask by email for a full refund. Where a refund is requested it will be made within 14 days to your Creit Card account used for payment.

Delivery

If you have not received your goods within 3 days after the expected delivery date please notify us by email immediately and we will trace your delivery. Our couriers and freight forwarders have partnered us for many years and are very reliable so a misdelivery is rare, however you must provide accurate delivery details in the first instance. We will not pay for redelivery where incomplete or incorrect delivery address details have been given. We are unable to deliver to Post Office Box adresses so please use a Street Address where there will be someone present to receive the delivery. Our Couriers and Freight Fowarders attempt to deliver between 9.00am and 5.00 pm weekdays, however we are unable to guarantee any particular delivery day or time  For Made to Order (MTO) goods please allow for the additional manufacturing time as indicated on the Product Page.

Shipping

You have two choices when it comes to shipping. You can choose to use our Economy shipping methods which include our Courier and Freight partners rates which are shown for your order at the check out. Or you can elect to use your own freight forwarder. If you choose your own and you notify us of hte full delivery address, you will be sent an email giving you the pick up location details. As we operate a number of factories and warehouses the goods may be located in Melbourne, Sydney or country NSW.

Returns

All items are shipped adequately packaged to arrive in good condition and we assure you of the quality of the products we sell. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive we will gladly arrange an exchange or a refund within 14 days.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Air Technology Australia Pty Ltd passes on to the customer the full product warranty from the original equipment manufacturer. Except where required by Law, you must return faulty goods within 14 days in order for normal warranty conditions to apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to follow all warranty instructions given by the manufacturer and to incur all costs for returning the product.

Where a faulty product is returned the acceptance of the warranty on that product is at the sole discretion of the original equipment manufacturer regarding replacement or repair of the product. Manufacturer's warranties exclude claims where it is evident that damage is caused by misapplication, misuse or abuse including incorrect wiring or any breach of the warranty conditions.

Exchanges

Products for exchange must be Unused, Unopened and in their original packaging; Undamaged; Returned within 14 days of Delivery; and In a merchantable condition upon return.

Please keep Proof of Return when you send goods back. If they are lost in Transit we will deem them not to have been returned. It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that goods are adequately packaged for return so they are not damaged in transit to us.

Restocking Fee

Where goods are returned for credit we will charge you a 10% restocking Fee. You will not be refunded the original Freight Charge. We will not accept goods for credit where the goods are Incomplete or missing Parts; are not in their Original Packaging; or are Damaged.

Where goods are for Exchange you will not be charged the 10% restocking Fee. You will not be refunded the original Freight Charge. We will not accept goods for Exchange where the goods are Incomplete or missing Parts; are not in their Original Packaging; or are Damaged.
